We helped MetLife US shake up the insurance industry with a brand new method of purchasing coverage. Until Metlife Link, the only way customers in the US could buy insurance was through a broker, in an office, or over the phone. Ain't nobody got time for that these days, so we created an experience that allowed them to quickly and easily get a quote and purchase insurance online, with any device, at any time.
We launched with small business owners—who barely have any time for a lunch break, let alone spend an hour with an agent—and created an easy-to-use experience in a down-to-earth, human and even playful tone, uncharacteristic of the insurance industry.
